David J. Luckey
President

David Luckey, President of Southeastern Building Corporation, is a third generation builder with years of hands on experience and a solid reputation of being able to get difficult projects completed. Mr. Luckey is very involved in the day-to-day operations of home building from the start of each home to the development of multi-million dollar projects. Prior to starting Southeastern Building Corporation, Mr. Luckey built custom homes, completing his first one while still attending college in Nashville. To date, Mr. Luckey has developed and built over 900 homes in 30 communities across Middle Tennessee producing over $504,000,000 in completed and ongoing project revenue. Mr. Luckey is a 1990 graduate of Belmont University with a degree in Finance. He is married to Kim Luckey and they have 4 children.

Cal Gentry
Vice President of Development and Acquisitions

Cal Gentry serves as Vice President of Development and Acquisition for Southeastern Building Corporation and Kennesaw Farms Development, Inc.  From acquisition and entitlement to construction and sale, Mr. Gentry oversees the day-to-day operations of all projects. Since beginning with Southeastern in 2004, Mr. Gentry has completed development of more than 1400 lots representing more than $75,000,000 in lot sales.  A graduate of the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Trevecca Nazarene University with a Masters in Business Administration, Cal is well versed in the background of the land development development industry.  Prior to joining SBC, Mr. Gentry served as a Civil Engineer at Barge, Waggoner, Sumner & Cannon where he was responsible for the design of multiple Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Municipal sites.
